Partners with Finance, Sales, Legal, Deal Desk, FP&A, Engineering, and Business Platform teams to scale systems and processes. Manages and develops the revenue accounting team while using AI to improve contract analysis, variance analysis, audit support, and workflow automation.

Supports accounts receivable operations, including collections strategies, cash application, rebills, reconciliations, refunds, and credit management. The role optimizes cash flow, reduces bad debt and DSO, ensures accounting and SOX compliance, improves processes and systems, maintains data accuracy, communicates with customers and stakeholders, and mentors junior team members.

Own and build the company’s IT General Controls and technology risk audit program. Responsibilities include risk assessment, testing access, change management and system operations controls, reviewing SOC 1/SOC 2 reports, coordinating external and co-source auditors, assessing deficiencies, driving remediation, and implementing AI-driven automation to improve audit efficiency and coverage.

Leads federal, state, and local corporate tax compliance, ASC 740 tax provision calculations, tax account reconciliations, disclosures, indirect tax coordination, tax planning, and audit support. Partners with Accounting, Legal, Treasury, leadership, and external advisors to manage tax obligations and identify opportunities. Drives tax process automation, ERP and tax technology improvements, legislative impact analysis, and data integrity initiatives across a growing, multi-entity organization.

Leads quarterly and annual income tax provision processes under ASC 740, SEC tax reporting, and U.S. federal and state tax compliance. Reviews tax calculations, disclosures, reserves, book-to-tax adjustments, and filings; supports audits, examinations, planning, transactions, SOX controls, and process improvements. Partners with accounting, legal, treasury, auditors, and external tax providers while managing compliance workstreams and developing tax technology capabilities.

Owns revenue recovery and loss-prevention strategies across payments, device loss, scams, and abuse. Uses data, experimentation, and financial analysis to identify revenue leakage, quantify impact, and optimize recovery initiatives. Partners with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Membership Services on cross-functional programs, incident response, risk mitigation, and member experience improvements.

Leads corporate development activities, including identifying, evaluating, valuing, negotiating, and executing acquisitions, partnerships, joint ventures, and investments. Oversees due diligence, transaction documentation, M&A strategy, and post-acquisition integration while presenting recommendations to senior leadership. Builds and leads a high-performing team, recruits and develops talent, and manages cross-functional internal and external resources across complex transactions.

Conducts IT audit fieldwork, evaluates and tests IT controls, identifies cybersecurity and technology risks, assesses IT projects and governance, follows up on remediation, monitors risk indicators, and communicates findings and recommendations to business and IT stakeholders.
