Manage enterprise KYC due diligence policy and strategy across Block’s business lines. Develop and maintain KYC standards, assess regulatory changes, guide implementation, define AI/ML risk-segmentation and identity-verification controls, monitor program performance, advise stakeholders, support audits and examinations, and remediate compliance risks including model bias, drift, false positives, false negatives, and explainability gaps.

Supports FP&A for Coinbase product groups by building revenue forecasting models, analyzing macroeconomic and crypto-market drivers, conducting variance and quantitative analyses, creating performance dashboards, and partnering with Business Operations, Data, Accounting, Treasury, and Investor Relations teams to identify risks and opportunities.

Lead month-end close, reconciliations, and digital asset ledger maintenance across multiple entities; build scalable reconciliation frameworks, perform revaluation/translation for subsidiaries, analyze ASC 606 revenue contracts, drive process automation with cross-functional teams, support billing accuracy, audits, system implementations, and acquisition integrations.

Provide tax preparation, planning, and advisory services for individuals and businesses holding bitcoin and digital assets. Prepare and file tax returns, calculate cost basis and gains/losses, advise on mining/staking/airdrop income, collaborate with advisors and estate planners, maintain compliance documentation, and contribute thought leadership through articles and webinars.

The Accounting Manager will oversee general ledger accounting, prepare financial statements, assist with audits, and implement accounting policies and procedures.

Own end-to-end derivative and hedge accounting across client portfolios, including documentation, effectiveness testing, journal entries, disclosures, valuation, and audit support under ASC 815 and IFRS 9.
