About the TeamThe Accounting team is responsible for building and operating the financial foundation of a global digital-asset and payments platform. We partner closely with Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, Tax, and Operations to support a rapidly scaling business that spans multiple international entities, regulated payment flows, and both stablecoins and other digital assets.
Our role is to support growth while ensuring the company is built on a strong, scalable foundation—enabling new products and global expansion while maintaining high standards for accuracy, controls, and transparency. As the business evolves, the team plays a critical role in bringing clarity, structure, and confidence to complex financial and operational decisions, helping ensure the company is well-positioned for its next phase of growth.
What you’ll doDrive process improvements and automation by partnering cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Data teams to enhance reporting quality
Execute month-end close activities, including variance analysis and reconciliations across BS and IS accounts
Maintain accuracy and completeness of the digital asset ledger across multiple entities
Build scalable reconciliation frameworks that support the month-end close, external audit, and regulatory requirements
Develop repeatable processes and checklists to support growth and operational scale
Ensure intercompany accounts are properly reconciled and in consolidation
Perform revaluation and translation for international subsidiaries on a monthly basis
Analyze revenue contracts to ensure they are appropriately accounted for under ASC 606
Ensure invoices are accurate and billed to customers in a timely manner
Provide support for special projects, system implementations, and acquisition integrations
You are likely to succeed if you have:
3–5 years of accounting or finance experience
Proven ability to improve processes, drive automation, and enhance operational efficiency
Strong command of U.S. GAAP and ASC 606
Experience working with large datasets and complex reconciliations
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a remote-first, high-growth environment
Experience with accounting systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar
Exposure to fintech, payments, or crypto-native companies
Big 4 experience and/or CPA designation
