Lead delivery of complex AlayaCare Cloud implementations for US customers: manage project plans, risks, scope, training, testing, and adoption. Guide configuration, deliver training (on-site and remote), facilitate AlayaCare University enablement, drive user engagement and satisfaction, and support cross-functional handoffs and team upskilling. Travel as required for on-site work.

Support Advisory Board engagement and executive communications by developing materials, tracking integration initiatives, building dashboards, and leading cross-functional projects.
