About the Role 

As a Senior Implementation Specialist, you will lead the delivery phase of complex AlayaCare Cloud implementations, acting as a trusted expert and advisor for our customers. You will own key workstreams, guide customers through configuration, training, and testing, and help ensure strong adoption and measurable success. Your SaaS implementation experience and ability to build relationships will be critical to turning new customers into long-term AlayaCare advocates. 

In this role you will be focused on AlayaCare customers located in the United States.

What You’ll Do 
  • Lead the Delivery phase of customer implementations, taking over from Consulting after Discovery and ensuring a smooth, well-coordinated handoff.

  • Partner with Professional Services Consultants and customers to identify risks, define mitigation strategies, and build project plans aligned to customer processes, goals, and desired outcomes.

  • Manage project execution by tracking progress, maintaining clear scope across deliverables, and keeping plans current with relevant product updates and release notes.

  • Design and deliver customer-specific training programs that drive product adoption, including on-site and remote sessions for trainers and end users using effective adult learning practices.

  • Support customer enablement through AlayaCare University by facilitating setup, monitoring engagement and course completion, and responding to learner questions.

  • Lead workflow reviews and provide implementation guidance by applying your knowledge of the AlayaCare platform and each customer’s business needs.

  • Drive strong implementation outcomes through product adoption, user engagement, and high customer satisfaction across Delivery activities.

  • Build and share expertise in specific products, markets, or best practices, and contribute to team upskilling in your areas of specialization.

  • Maintain compliance with internal processes and procedures, support other implementation-related responsibilities as needed, and travel when required for on-site customer work.

What You Bring to the Team 
  • 3–5 years of experience, including 3+ years working in SaaS, ideally on complex implementation projects. 
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role, with a track record of building strong, collaborative relationships. 
  • Strong training and facilitation skills, with an understanding of adult learning styles. 
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail. 
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • A proactive, self-starting mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to think creatively. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Solution-focused approach with creative problem-solving techniques. 
  • Experience with project and collaboration tools such as Mavenlink, Confluence, HubSpot, Jira, and Zendesk (or similar). 
  • Comfort working both independently and as part of a cross-functional team. 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required.
