Independent management consultants deploy the ComplexChaos AI stakeholder-alignment platform on client engagements, deliver strategic insights, change management, and stakeholder interviews, provide monthly structured feedback, test new features, document anonymized case studies, and optionally participate in co-marketing and referrals while retaining client ownership and billing clients directly.

Lead end-to-end annotation projects: define workflows, coordinate teams (annotators, reviewers, experts), track progress and quality via dashboards, manage launches and phase transitions, pilot tooling and methodology improvements, and build scalable operational systems and documentation to support annotator community and cross-functional alignment.

Manage daily treasury, payments, and FX operations across fiat and on-chain rails: execute FX trades, monitor liquidity and payment flows, resolve exceptions, perform reconciliations and reporting, support compliance and automation with product and engineering teams.

Design, build and maintain Microsoft Cloud applications using Power Apps/Pages and Azure services. Implement Entra ID authentication, Azure Functions/App Services, Logic Apps and Blob storage. Create Azure Data Factory pipelines and APIs (REST/GraphQL), integrate external services and LLM data pipelines, and ensure performance, security, and scalability while collaborating with customers to turn requirements into streamlined apps.

Lead and deliver Workday implementations with a focus on integrations. Design, build, test, and deploy Workday Studio integrations using Core Connectors, PECI, EIBs, and XSLT. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders and own end-to-end integration lifecycle from requirements through production deployment.

Lead one-on-one onboarding calls and personalized demos, proactively reach out to inactive members, prepare for and follow up on conversations, provide resources and next steps, and escalate larger opportunities to Account Managers. Part-time (up to 20 hrs/week), temporary through year-end with potential to extend.
