The Vice President of Sales will own Fuel Cycle’s sales function, including go-to-market strategy, quota attainment, pipeline generation, enterprise deal execution, forecasting, board reporting, and sales team development. The role requires building a new-logo growth engine, coaching Challenger and SPICED methodologies, navigating complex buying committees, partnering cross-functionally, and selling AI-powered SaaS solutions to enterprise customers. The specialist coordinates with Servicers, resolves incomplete submissions, meets productivity and accuracy standards, and escalates complex billing issues when needed.

Owns full-stack engineering, cloud infrastructure, reliability, cost governance, legacy-to-cloud migration, and AI-assisted development for a multi-tenant ERP platform. Leads engineering, QA, contractors, release governance, customer go-lives, vendor evaluation, and executive reporting. The role requires deep TypeScript/Node and React expertise, financial-system correctness, Azure or AWS architecture, ETL and data reconciliation, CI/CD, incident response, SaaS security, and pragmatic maintenance of Java/Spring and VB6 legacy systems.

Close $1M in net-new bookings by selling AI transformation to CEO-led buying committees. Generate outbound pipeline, co-sell initially with the founder, then independently close complex mid-market deals. Build a repeatable sales playbook covering ICP, discovery, multi-threading, pricing, objections, and close plans. Feed deal insights into company packaging and pricing, with a path to build and lead the future sales team.

Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, email, and social channels to engage construction professionals. Communicate Builder Prime’s value, qualify prospects, identify needs, schedule qualified demos, and manage a healthy pipeline in collaboration with Account Executives. Track performance, develop product expertise, use AI tools responsibly, and pursue continuous sales development and career growth.

Lead Fonteva configuration, optimization, and enhancement on Salesforce. Translate membership-related business requirements into scalable technical solutions, manage integrations and data migration, coordinate offshore development, and support backlog refinement, testing, documentation, deployment readiness, and knowledge transfer. Serve as a liaison between Business and IT while establishing long-term platform ownership and continuity.

Lead end-to-end product design for complex enterprise cybersecurity software. Conduct user research, simplify workflows for administrators and end users, maintain cross-platform design consistency, and own scalable design systems and component libraries. Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, specifications, and developer handoffs. Partner closely with Product and Engineering while using AI tools to accelerate design iteration.
