LemFi (Series B) is building the go-to financial app for the Global South.

Moving to a new country shouldn’t mean starting from zero. That's why our team of 400+ spanning 20+ countries is building a financial ecosystem that helps immigrants stay connected to home, build stability, and create wealth regardless of where they are from or where they live.

What began as fast, affordable remittances is now evolving into a complete platform for multi-currency accounts, payments, credit, and long-term financial growth.

With millions of users across the globe, we process over $1B in monthly transactions to 30+ countries, proving that borders shouldn't limit financial opportunity.

The Role

We are seeking a Growth Manager – Ghana to act as a key driver of LemFi’s expansion across Ghanaian communities in the United States and Canada.
The role will involve significant travel across the USA, representing Lemfi at Ghanaian community events. You will be instrumental in launching new markets, accelerating user acquisition, and building strong community and partnership networks to fuel sustainable growth.

Joining LemFi at a critical phase of international expansion, you will operate as an entrepreneurial self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes calculated risks, and executes with speed and precision. You will own growth outcomes for your assigned markets, acting as both a strategic thinker and hands-on operator who is deeply embedded in the communities we serve.

You will work closely with Growth, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams while serving as the internal voice of the user, ensuring LemFi’s offerings resonate locally and deliver measurable impact as we scale.

How You’ll Contribute

  • Travel across the U.S. to attend events, expos, and community meetings representing LemFi as a brand ambassador and key point of contact.

  • Build and expand LEMFi’s community network by networking with local leaders, partners, and organizations, setting up meetings and agreeing sponsorship for existing community events.

  • Spend 3–5 days in a new U.S. city every few weeks, to establish on-the-ground presence, grow relationships, and strengthen LEMFi’s visibility within local communities. An opportunity to see the whole country!

Growth & User Acquisition

  • Develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies tailored to Ghanaian ex-pat communities in the US.

  • Own growth targets for assigned markets, consistently driving results across online and offline channels.

  • Optimise campaigns using data and insights to improve performance against acquisition KPIs.

Community Engagement

  • Organise and participate in local events, meetups, and forums to educate users about LemFi’s services.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders and grassroots partners.

Partnership Development

  • Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with relevant organisations and businesses to accelerate user growth.

  • Ensure partnerships deliver mutual value and measurable outcomes.

Market Research & Insights

  • Conduct ongoing market research to understand user needs, behaviours, and preferences.

  • Provide actionable insights to Product and Marketing teams to refine messaging, features, and positioning.

  • Serve as a strong internal advocate for the user, representing community perspectives in decision-making.

  • Act as a brand ambassador for LemFi, consistently representing the company’s mission, values, and voice.

  • Promote LemFi through clear, persuasive communication across multiple channels.
