The Senior Consultant, Decision Support analyzes financial performance, identifies margin improvement opportunities, develops comparative methodologies and monitoring tools, and recommends actionable strategies. The role partners with CFOs and operational leaders to investigate root causes, support decision-making, monitor progress, and sustain improvements across the healthcare ministry.

Develops scalable data models, dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions that support business decisions. Partners with stakeholders to translate requirements, ensures data accuracy and usability, provides technical guidance to end users, documents architectures and processes, and communicates findings to technical and non-technical audiences. The role requires advanced Spotfire, SQL, and business intelligence experience, plus familiarity with modern data platforms and AI-assisted development tools.

Leads the internal IT organization’s AI-first transformation, including systems strategy, AI tool deployment, platform uptime, governance, security coordination, helpdesk automation, budgeting, and cross-functional adoption. Owns IT roadmaps, prioritization processes, AI metrics, compliance frameworks, and teams of up to 30 contributors while partnering with security, infrastructure, legal, and other business functions.
