Tibersoft Client Success Managers are strategic partners and trusted technical advisors who own the client relationship end to end. Our CSMs combine deep expertise with curiosity, initiative, and strong business judgment - looking beneath the surface to find what really matters to our clients.
Job Description:
Core Responsibilities
Strategic Account Leadership
· Own strategic client accounts, foster key stakeholder relationships, drive customer retention, and ensure long-term renewal success.
· Lead executive business reviews focused on business outcomes, ROI, and value realization.
Client Discovery & Value Creation
· Develop deep knowledge of client business objectives and challenges to proactively uncover client needs, drive adoption of Tibersoft solutions, and maximize long-term customer value.
Growth & Product Insight
· Identify expansion opportunities, leveraging customer insights, and partner with Sales and Product teams to maximize customer outcomes and business growth.
AI & Continuous Improvement
· Build fluency with approved AI and automation tools to improve efficiency, standardize processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Technical Solutioning & Project Management
· Manage contracts, statements of work (SOWs), and customer projects from initiation through completion, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
· Mitigate risks, remove obstacles, and maintain momentum on complex work.
White-Glove Client Experience
· Deliver a high-touch client experience by serving as a trusted advisor across every level of the client organization, driving user adoption, conducting training, and partnering with Support and Operations teams to facilitate issue resolution when needed.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in SaaS, client success, consulting, analytics, trade promotion, or a related field.
· Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and project-management skills.
· A proven ability to manage strategic relationships and turn business needs into real solutions.
· Naturally curious and proactive, with sound judgment and the confidence to operate independently.
· Excellent communication skills across technical and executive audiences.
· Learning agility and a willingness to adopt AI, automation, and new ways of working.
· CPG Foodservice or Food Away From Home manufacturer experience required.
· Trade promotion experience preferred.
· ERP/TPM or BI experience preferred.
