Lead go-to-market execution, product positioning, and sales enablement for consumer intelligence solutions. Develop messaging, launch plans, sales collateral, and cross-functional materials to drive adoption and revenue. Conduct market research, craft narratives and customer-facing assets, and produce on-brand creative across digital and event channels.

Design, implement, maintain, and optimize IT infrastructure including identity management, VDI, cloud, networking, and security. Provide technical support, documentation, on-call coverage, and project execution while mentoring frontline IT staff and ensuring regulatory recordkeeping and data protection.

Own defined product workflows for benefit verification and prior authorization, working directly with engineers to prototype, ship, and measure AI-driven improvements. Speak with clinical teams and customers to translate pain points into lightweight requirements, evaluate model outputs, and improve human-in-the-loop AI workflows. Become a domain expert in EHRs, payer portals, PBM formularies, and NCPDP standards to drive adoption and impact.

Lead IT operations across multiple U.S. sites, overseeing infrastructure, enterprise applications, service desk, cybersecurity, and ERP implementations. Manage IT staff, vendors, budgets, and projects while ensuring compliance (SOX), system uptime, and support for manufacturing and engineering systems. Drive standardization, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Implement and maintain full-stack features for a career-intelligence platform: architect NestJS/Next.js applications, manage PostgreSQL schemas and queries, build responsive UIs with Tailwind, integrate LangChain-powered AI, implement authentication with Clerk, and create end-to-end tests and automation with Puppeteer to ensure launch readiness and performance.
