Provide administrative and operational support across project lifecycle: maintain and update integrated project plans, track milestones, manage risk and issue logs, prepare reports and meeting materials, coordinate stakeholder communications, and organize project documentation and collaboration platforms to ensure timely, accurate project delivery.

Lead monthly close activities, own and improve WIP and job-cost reporting, prepare management reporting and KPIs, support consolidation, audits, and tax workpapers, and drive process improvements and automation.

Serve as dealerships first point of contact: greet guests, answer and route calls, schedule appointments, handle administrative tasks (data entry, mail, records), maintain reception area, address customer inquiries/complaints, and support team operations while following company policies.

Support enhancement and implementation of the bank-wide IT risk framework and policies. Conduct IT project and operations risk assessments (ITRA, RCSA), validate risk scoring and mitigation plans, escalate risks to governance committees, perform thematic assessments, define KRIs, build IT risk dashboards, and provide management with early-warning alerts on emerging security threats.

Manage regional geotechnical site investigation operations including equipment, crew deployments, project delivery, safety, client relations, budgeting, proposals, and continuous operational improvement. Lead field crews, oversee equipment maintenance and logistics, ensure data quality and HSE compliance, support business development, and collaborate with senior management and other operations managers to optimize performance.

Own FP&A at a PE-backed, fast-scaling finance shop: run the integrated financial model, produce board and lender reporting, support monthly close and full-cycle accounting initially, lead transaction and integration analytics, build KPI and covenant dashboards, and automate processes using AI and modern tooling.

Build and scale a blockchain data platform handling petabytes of on-chain data. Design and implement distributed systems, data ingestion/decoding pipelines, and performant SQL processing. Write production code (Kotlin, Go, Java, Rust), improve developer experience, automate operations (including AI-driven automation), and own platform components.

Manage and coordinate logistics and supply chain projects, assign resources, communicate with operations and customers, run daily status meetings, support operations during critical phases, and identify continuous improvement opportunities for project management processes.
