Design and reverse-engineer mechanical components and assemblies for equipment rebuilds, retrofits, and upgrades. Create 3D models, fabrication and assembly drawings, BOMs, and installation documentation. Inspect field equipment, support quotations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify design risks, and provide technical support through manufacturing, installation, and startup.

Provide front-desk and office administrative support: manage phone/email inquiries, greet visitors, handle incoming/outgoing mail and shipments, maintain supplies, set up meetings and events, support HR and multiple departments, oversee office services and vendor coordination, and perform general clerical tasks to ensure smooth daily office operations.

Lead strategy and execution of integrated demand generation programs to drive qualified pipeline. Own paid and owned channels, ABM, website CRO, events, and measurement. Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Customer Success to optimize channel investment, run experiments (including AI-enabled workflows), and improve funnel conversion to meet revenue goals.

Lead month-end close and consolidation for a multi-entity renewable energy company. Maintain GL and reconciliations, manage intercompany eliminations, coordinate audits, perform technical GAAP research, prepare financial and compliance reports for executives and the Board, support budgeting/forecasting/variance analysis, improve accounting systems and analytics, mentor junior staff, and ensure continuity of accounting operations.
