Supervise and mentor a team of talent acquisition specialists through high-volume recruiting lifecycles, implement recruitment programs, share best practices, serve as subject-matter expert on recruiting policies, meet hiring goals, and support TA projects as assigned.

Provide strategic communications guidance and lead implementation of communications plans for city initiatives. Provide administrative support for the holding company including recordkeeping, preparing monthly and quarterly management reports, assisting with bill payment and allocations, taking meeting minutes, handling confidential information, and supporting event planning. May require some travel and occasional attendance at management meetings.

Greet and screen visitors, operate phones/switchboards, manage mail and reservations, report maintenance issues, support emergencies, open/close front desks, and train staff on phone/computer operations at two campus locations.

Build and maintain production systems for AI agents handling SMS, voice, and email. Develop LangGraph workflows, backend APIs (Python/FastAPI), and a Next.js/TypeScript dashboard. Ensure multi-tenant, account-scoped data security (Supabase/Postgres, RLS, JWT), integrate with CRMs, improve eval frameworks to catch agent regressions, and partner on real-time voice integrations.

Designs, prototypes, implements, and supports AI and automation solutions across the university. Works with stakeholders to gather requirements, integrate systems, automate workflows, ensure security/privacy/FERPA compliance, and produce documentation, training, and post-implementation support to improve institutional operations.

Design and manage building automation and energy management systems. Serve as project manager for system designs, interface with customers and subcontractors, develop programming and custom front-ends, analyze mechanical/control system performance, deliver owner training, track project financials, and contribute to standards and continuous improvement.

Lead monitoring center vendor relationships and operational performance, establish SLAs and SOPs, analyze metrics, drive continuous improvement, and build a Quality Assurance function to monitor, evaluate, coach, and implement quality technologies across Member Experience.

Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, prepare complex journal entries, support month- and year-end close, produce financial reports compliant with GAAP/IFRS, coordinate audits, analyze variances, and drive accounting process improvements and system automation.
