In addition, the position ensures that all solutions are developed and maintained in compliance with university expectations for data governance, information security, privacy, accessibility, FERPA, records retention, and the responsible use of artificial intelligence.

The successful candidate develops documentation, standards, training materials, and best practices that support the consistent and effective adoption of AI, automation, and enterprise technology solutions. The Enterprise AI & Automation Engineer also provides training, workshops, demonstrations, documentation, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation support to enable campus stakeholders to identify, develop, and sustain approved agentic AI, automation, and technology-enabled process improvements. Finally, the position monitors supported solutions for reliability, usability, performance, security, adoption, and continued alignment with stakeholder and institutional needs.
