As an Talent Acquisition Supervisor you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:
- Supervises a team through the day-to-day workload and recruiting lifecycle.
- Participates in the development and implementation of recruitment projects and programs as needed.
- Shares best recruiting practices with associates and team members.
- Is the subject matter expert for the recruiting process and policy inquiries.
- Trains and mentors’ talent acquisition specialists and coordinators.
- Leads a production role that delivers against hiring goals established by TA manager and business needs.
- Performs other duties/projects as assigned.
What is Required?
- High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources is preferred
- 3+ years of Human Resources or Recruiting related experience
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of healthcare industry is preferred
You will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
