Lead the Business Administration department to manage administrative systems, personnel, and cross-functional coordination. Oversee hiring, performance management, KPI development, process improvement, training, and delegation to ensure scalable, efficient operations while handling confidential matters and supporting organizational initiatives.

Manage end-to-end US, UK, and EMEA payroll operations, ensure tax and labor law compliance, oversee payroll accounting and SOX controls, maintain payroll systems and integrations, lead quarter- and year-end reporting, drive process improvements, document SOPs and resolve payroll issues, and support audits and ad-hoc projects.

Provide legal counsel for construction and infrastructure projects: draft and negotiate EPC/design-build/procurement agreements, manage construction claims and disputes, lead dispute resolution, coordinate outside counsel, support due diligence, and advise stakeholders to mitigate legal and commercial risk throughout project lifecycles.

Own post-sale customer lifecycle with OEM and supplier engineering teams: drive adoption, retention, expansion, benchmarking insights, technical enablement, renewals, and cross-functional escalation to ensure program success.

Owns and manages post-sale customer escalations through the Account Management queue, advocates for client needs, collaborates cross-functionally to deliver solutions, monitors communication in Salesforce, identifies upsell opportunities, and may own a small book of business while maintaining positive customer experiences.

Lead end-to-end product design for new features and products: conduct user research, create wireframes/prototypes, maintain design systems, measure impact, collaborate with PMs and engineers, and mentor junior designers to drive customer growth and conversions.

Provide internal communications and administrative support: produce and edit internal publications, manage corporate web/social pages, support employee engagement and events, take meeting notes, assist receptionist duties, and support General Affairs activities.

The role involves designing and maintaining data pipelines, optimizing data architecture, developing visual analytics with Tableau and Power BI, project management, and collaboration with cybersecurity teams.

Lead cross-functional engineering teams on defense programs: manage scope, budget, schedule, EVMS reporting, risks, and stakeholder communications; prepare proposals; resolve program issues; and travel to customer sites as needed.
