Develop messaging frameworks, brand narratives, and content architectures to simplify complex enterprise initiatives. Partner with stakeholders and senior leaders to shape internal communications, UX content, and campaign-style engagement across intranets, digital products, toolkits, and employee experience programs. Lead design and governance of PUMA's integration fabric and API platform across DTC engineering. Own API gateway strategy (Apigee), GraphQL architecture, event-driven patterns, observability, security, and developer enablement. Drive API governance, integration testing standards, AI-native integration patterns, and mentor senior engineers while influencing cross-organization architecture and vendor integrations to ensure resilient, performant commerce integrations.

Lead and build Postscript's email deliverability function: design IP/domain architecture and warming, enforce authentication standards, monitor reputation and inbox placement, advise customers on remediation and migrations, partner with Product/Engineering to build tooling, and hire/lead a deliverability team while ensuring compliance and industry relationships.

Perform diversified tax and accounting assignments, prepare complex tax returns, maintain workpapers, meet client deadlines, assist and mentor staff, participate in engagement planning, and recommend tax planning ideas while ensuring accuracy and strong client service.
