Procurement Intern supports strategic sourcing, cost-saving, supplier optimization, spend analysis, RFx tracking, sourcing documentation, and supplier and plant stakeholder coordination. The role provides exposure to negotiations, supplier relationship management, procurement systems, contract data, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Finance, and Engineering in a global manufacturing environment.

Supervise daily Network Operations Center activities, including monitoring, incident response, ticket management, escalations, customer communications, and staff development. Lead major incident bridges, coordinate technical teams, maintain operational documentation, support service readiness, and improve monitoring and ticketing workflows. May supervise the office in the Manager’s absence and must meet accounts receivable and accounts payable processing deadlines.

Manage a portfolio of 50–70 major-gift prospects and donors, cultivating relationships and soliciting, closing, and stewarding five-figure gifts. Analyze donor data using Tableau and Salesforce, maintain accurate records, develop individualized fundraising strategies, conduct donor outreach, collaborate with development and planned-giving teams, and communicate NYCLU priorities compellingly to supporters.

Performs quality and manufacturing engineering for automotive components. Analyzes process capability, leads root-cause investigations, develops FMEAs and control plans, supports PPAP and process validation, conducts MSA and Gage R&R studies, monitors quality KPIs, supports audits, and drives Lean and Six Sigma improvements across production processes and quality systems.

Develop and optimize high-performance C++ numerical simulations for hydrology and water resources applications. Maintain and enhance Windows desktop software and cloud-based SaaS products, addressing computational efficiency, numerical stability, and large-scale data challenges. Collaborate with water resource engineers to translate scientific concepts into software, while contributing to architecture, code reviews, documentation, unit testing, debugging, and continuous improvement.

Coordinates affiliate partnerships, creator and athlete programs, group sales, venue rentals, and camp initiatives from onboarding through execution and renewal. Manages timelines, contracts, deliverables, tracking, fulfillment, stakeholder communication, pipeline reporting, and performance metrics. Supports sales and marketing leaders through cross-functional coordination, relationship management, process improvement, and identification of renewal, retention, and growth opportunities.

Provides project and field payroll administration, including timecard processing, certified payroll reporting, union wage compliance, prevailing wage documentation, and payroll record maintenance. Supports project managers and field staff with billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, vendor setup, purchasing card reconciliation, document control, shipping, and business development administration. Assists with audits and internal control compliance while managing confidential records, deadlines, and multiple administrative priorities.

Provides administrative HR support, including new-hire onboarding, employee record maintenance, Paycom data entry, credentialing support, licensure tracking, MVR reporting, internship administration, and documentation management. Collaborates with employees, managers, leaders, and departments while handling confidential information and ensuring records meet organizational requirements.
