Position Summary

The Marketing Specialist serves as the operational hub for WW Global's partnership and sales programs. This role supports the execution and ongoing management of affiliate partnerships, creator and athlete relationships, group sales initiatives, venue rentals, and camp programs after opportunities have been identified, negotiated, or secured by sales & marketing leadership. This role ensures programs are organized, delivered effectively, tracked accurately, and positioned for long-term retention, growth, and repeat business.

Core Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing Coordination / Relationship Support

  • Support affiliate partnerships, creator and athlete programs, group sales opportunities, venue rentals, and Camp-within-Camp initiatives from onboarding through execution and renewal.

  • Serve as the primary point of coordination for active accounts, ensuring timely communication, follow-up, issue resolution, and fulfillment of commitments.

  • Maintain positive relationships with partners, clients, athletes, creators, group organizers, and internal stakeholders.

  • Identify opportunities for renewals, repeat bookings, program expansion, and improved partner performance.

Program Execution & Project Management

  • Coordinate onboarding, account setup, scheduling, deliverables, tracking links, promotional codes, fulfillment requirements, contract administration, and operational handoffs.

  • Manage creator, VIP, and athlete activations, including deliverables, content needs, usage rights, hosting logistics, fulfillment requirements, and post-event follow-up.

  • Support venue rental execution through inquiry management, scheduling coordination, contract processing, internal communication, and event fulfillment.

  • Coordinate Camp-within-Camp opportunities by documenting program requirements, timelines, participant expectations, operational needs, pricing inputs, and execution plans.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations are met.

Pipeline Management & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate tracking of all opportunities and active programs across business units.

  • Monitor and report on pipeline status from prospecting through negotiation, contract execution, activation, completion, renewal, and repeat-booking opportunities.

  • Track program performance metrics including referral traffic, registrations, bookings, revenue contribution, retention, fulfillment status, and activation outcomes.

  • Provide reporting and visibility that supports leadership decision-making and program optimization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with Marketing, Content, Creative, Social, CRM, Programming, venue operations, and business unit teams to ensure all programs have the assets, messaging, tracking tools, and operational support needed for success.

  • Facilitate communication between sales leads and execution teams to ensure smooth handoffs and exceptional customer experiences.

  • Ensure stakeholders receive timely updates on deliverables, program status, fulfillment requirements, and account activity.

Process Improvement & Administration

  • Maintain sales support resources, onboarding materials, toolkits, tracking systems, templates, and supporting documentation.

  • Ensure contracts, pricing information, usage rights, operational requirements, and program records remain accurate and accessible.

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, organization, reporting, and scalability across sales and partnership programs.

Success Metrics

Success in this role will be measured by:

  • Seamless execution of affiliate partnerships, creator and athlete programs, group sales opportunities, venue rentals, and camp initiatives.

  • Accurate and up-to-date pipeline tracking and reporting across all business units.

  • Timely completion of deliverables, fulfillment requirements, contracts, and operational handoffs.

  • Strong partner satisfaction, retention, renewal activity, and repeat bookings.

  • Effective support of sales leaders, allowing them to focus on prospecting, negotiation, relationship development, and business growth.

  • Strong cross-functional coordination that results in efficient execution and exceptional customer experiences.

  • Consistent identification of program improvements, growth opportunities, and operational efficiencies.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in sales coordination, partnerships, customer success, account support, business development, events, hospitality, recreation, or related fields.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Experience coordinating programs, customer relationships, or sales initiatives from onboarding through fulfillment.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Experience in action sports, youth programming, camps, events, hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands is preferred.

Skills Required
