Provide hands-on IT support for the Washington, D.C. office, including service desk troubleshooting, Windows and macOS device lifecycle management, conference room and AV systems, printers, connectivity, and Office 365 administration. Manage user access and licensing, proactively resolve technical issues, and occasionally travel to operational and test facilities to establish and support local IT environments. Experience with Intune, Jamf, PowerShell, or Python is beneficial.

Supports R&D mission-platform demos, prototypes, integrations, configurations, testing, and validation. Translates user and stakeholder feedback into actionable technical requirements, collaborates with engineers to refine cloud-native and containerized software, and explains technical concepts to diverse audiences. The role also supports documentation, technical briefings, event preparation, troubleshooting, and feedback prioritization for emerging defense and government solutions.

Provides office management, executive assistant backup, recruitment coordination, onboarding logistics, KYC administration, invoicing, expense review, procurement, and systems administration. Maintains candidate pipelines, schedules interviews, prepares meeting materials, manages confidential documents, and supports stakeholders across Talent, Operations, and Executive Assistant teams. Identifies process gaps and improves workflows, documentation, reporting, and follow-up.

Build frontier AI agents for data science across the full product lifecycle, from identifying product opportunities through implementation and deployment. Projects include AI-searchable indices for data warehouses, notebook interfaces based on Jupyter, and scalable backend infrastructure for on-premise agentic deployments.

Work on embedded Linux systems and low-level firmware for space hardware: develop and debug drivers, bring up peripherals, assemble prototypes, run characterization and longevity tests, and participate in design and code reviews under senior mentorship.

Design, build, test, and fly lightweight, high-reliability structures and mechanical subsystems for stratospheric aircraft. Own subsystems from concept through flight, perform sizing and trade studies, iterate hardware rapidly, support integration/production/flight operations, and collaborate with avionics, GNC, power, RF, and software teams.
