Maintains candidate pipelines and ATS data, supports interview coordination and process automation, and develops repeatable talent workflows. Partners with hiring leaders across Engineering, Product, Design, and GTM while representing the company in the talent community. Build and own robot autonomy systems spanning task, behavior, path, and trajectory planning. Design long-horizon behavior architectures with recovery and operator handoff, coordinate multiple robots, integrate LLM/VLM reasoning safely, and define interfaces between learned policies and classical planners. Evaluate performance through simulation, log replay, regression testing, and real-robot field operation while collaborating across perception, controls, simulation, and platform teams.

Designs and maintains secure CI/CD, data, development, and operational pipelines. Implements Infrastructure as Code, containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, security automation, vulnerability management, and security controls. Participates in incident response, compliance activities, Agile collaboration, on-call support, and system maintenance. Requires travel within and outside the continental United States 15%–20% of the time.

Own software integration from code branches through simulation, hardware-in-the-loop, and flight testing for autonomous aircraft. Maintain simulator environments, develop automated regression tests and CI integrations, plan flight-test campaigns, operate ground stations, analyze telemetry and logs, triage failures, and build tooling for flight-data review and test traceability. The role requires field work at test sites, variable schedules and weather, and hands-on vehicle operations.

Provide hands-on IT support for the Washington, D.C. office, including service desk troubleshooting, Windows and macOS device lifecycle management, conference room and AV systems, printers, connectivity, and Office 365 administration. Manage user access and licensing, proactively resolve technical issues, and occasionally travel to operational and test facilities to establish and support local IT environments. Experience with Intune, Jamf, PowerShell, or Python is beneficial.
