Serves as the technical authority for enterprise infrastructure, including VMware virtualization, SAN/NAS storage, backup and disaster recovery, Windows servers, identity, endpoints, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure, and mobile device management. Designs, deploys, secures, monitors, and maintains highly available systems; performs capacity planning, recovery testing, hardware administration, troubleshooting, and infrastructure documentation. Provides senior-level customer support and helps administer Microsoft Copilot and other approved AI services.

Design, build, and maintain reliable backend systems; optimize performance, scalability, and security; implement testing and CI/CD; collaborate with product, design, engineering, and customer success; mentor engineers; contribute to technical direction and customer-focused requirements; and participate in on-call rotations.

Requires a mechanical engineering background, CAD and engineering software experience, familiarity with electrical standards, and willingness to travel up to 10%.

Leads telecommunications engineering programs from planning through deployment and operations handoff. Provides technical leadership for voice core architecture, design, optimization, and implementation involving switching platforms, softswitches, SBCs, media gateways, SIP, SS7/SIGTRAN, and IMS. Manages program scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, standards, and stakeholder alignment. Guides project engineers, reviews designs, supports estimates and approvals, presents status to leadership, and drives continuous improvement across complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Develop and maintain aircraft-level and subsystem requirements for GNC, flight controls, estimation, sensing, and embedded software. Own Jama traceability, verification matrices, V&V plans, interfaces, and objective evidence through formal closure. Collaborate with GNC, software, electrical, aeromechanical, autonomy, safety, and flight-test teams. Support SIL/HIL, simulation, bench, ground, UAV, and crewed flight testing; participate in design reviews, aircraft integration, anomaly investigation, and root-cause analysis.

Design and own LEO satellite constellation architecture, including orbit selection, phasing, coverage, link access, and SLA analysis. Develop propulsion and delta-v budgets for station-keeping, collision avoidance, and de-orbit. Build orbit determination, ephemeris, maneuver-planning, conjunction-screening, and CDM response capabilities. Collaborate with bus, propulsion, RF, and optical teams to translate orbital analysis into mission and hardware requirements, while supporting on-orbit operations and regulatory filings.

Lead development and operation of Muon's flight dynamics system across orbit determination, maneuver planning, stationkeeping, collision avoidance, and maneuver reconstruction. Own architecture, implementation, validation, deployment, and anomaly response while supporting spacecraft propulsion operations. Improve orbit-determination methods, represent flight dynamics in technical reviews, collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams, and mentor engineers.

Design and operate AWS cloud infrastructure, improve CI/CD and deployment workflows, build internal platform capabilities, strengthen observability, automate infrastructure, and reduce developer friction. Partner with product teams, participate in incident response and postmortems, maintain Terraform infrastructure as code, support security and compliance controls, and establish scalable operational standards.

Leads development of complex digital, mixed-signal, RF, and communications hardware from concept through production. Designs circuits and multilayer PCBs, performs signal and power integrity analyses, develops verification strategies, conducts board bring-up and validation, resolves technical issues, and supports manufacturing transition. Collaborates with software, mechanical, manufacturing, and systems teams while mentoring junior engineers and maintaining engineering standards.

Leads Happen Bank’s Platform Engineering organization and owns AI infrastructure, DevOps, software delivery, enterprise testing, database administration, incident management, and observability. Sets multi-year platform strategy, builds shared services and guardrails, advances AI and testing capabilities, improves reliability and operational excellence, and develops a high-performing leadership organization. Partners with Technology and Product Engineering to align platform investments with company strategy.
