Provide front-line escalation support and performance engineering for PLC/SCADA/HMI systems in a 24/7 automated warehouse. Troubleshoot hardware and software faults, safely modify PLC code, analyze operational KPIs with Grafana/Looker and LLMs, lead root-cause analysis, mentor engineers, manage change control and documentation, and drive data-driven system optimizations to improve throughput and reliability.

Program, commission, and integrate commercial building automation systems (ABB, Reliable, Tridium Niagara AX/N4). Develop and test DDC control sequences, integrate equipment using LonWorks/BACnet/Modbus, perform startups and commissioning, produce documentation and as-built drawings, provide customer training, and coordinate daily with project management.

Design, develop, and validate precision mechanical components and assemblies for HDD systems using advanced CAD and GD&T. Perform FEA, modal and tolerance analyses; design for cleanroom operation; build prototypes; develop test fixtures and environmental validation protocols; conduct FMEA and root-cause analysis; and collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers for system integration and manufacturability.

Provide installation, configuration, and support for physical and virtual Windows servers and storage arrays; monitor and document incidents, changes, and projects in ServiceNow; perform STIG reporting and vulnerability mitigation; design and implement hardware, software, and storage solutions; balance operational support with project work.

Lead ServiceNow platform management, administer users/roles, design and implement workflows and custom applications, integrate with enterprise systems, optimize performance, provide support and QA, and deliver dashboards and reporting to measure operational impact.

Build and maintain cloud-native, scalable backend services (primarily in Golang). Own microservices architecture, ensure security, reliability, and performance. Work with data stores, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade privacy solutions.
