Technical Test Lead
We are seeking an experienced Technical Test Manager/Lead to drive quality assurance across multiple engineering teams. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines people and process management with deep technical expertise. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable coordinating cross-functional testing strategy and stepping in to debug and resolve issues within the test framework itself.
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the central coordination point for testing activities across multiple development teams, ensuring alignment on quality standards and release readiness.
Partner with product managers, developers, DevOps, and other stakeholders to define test strategies, entry/exit criteria, and quality gates.
Facilitate communication across teams to identify dependencies, mitigate risks, and remove blockers that affect testing timelines.
Work directly in the automated test framework to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues such as flaky tests, broken pipelines, and framework failures.
Own test planning, estimation, and reporting for multiple concurrent projects.
