The role collaborates with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues, maintain records, interpret specifications, and ensure product conformance.

Provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for global network and SDN services. Troubleshoots routing, switching, congestion, hardware, vendor, and customer issues; configures network devices; monitors infrastructure and SLAs; manages incidents; maintains documentation; collaborates on resilient architectures; and participates in on-call support rotations.

Leads industrial R&D programs in electrochemistry, copper refining, metal recovery, and purification from laboratory research through pilot-scale development, manufacturing scale-up, and commercialization. Designs experiments, optimizes electrochemical processes, troubleshoots production issues, develops process capabilities, and supports customer needs. The role provides technical leadership, mentors engineers and scientists, collaborates with internal and external partners, and generates intellectual property through patents and publications.

Plans, writes, and executes mechanical qualification, acceptance, durability, and environmental test campaigns for actuators and integrated LRUs. Designs test fixtures, instrumentation, load setups, and data acquisition configurations; analyzes test data and mechanical failure modes; and drives corrective actions with design engineering.
