Perform preventative and corrective maintenance across electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems. As a Tech Lead, you will design, develop, and enhance software products, provide solutions, and ensure project completion while collaborating with global teams.

Lead data-driven operational improvements across large datasets to reduce cycle time and cost. Develop executive-level recommendations, collaborate cross-functionally, apply program management, and use analytics and Lean/Six Sigma methods to optimize semiconductor-related processes.

Manage QMS and ensure ISO compliance through audits; develop and maintain quality standards, testing and inspection methods; identify systemic issues and drive continuous improvement and change management; interface with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to resolve quality problems; coach and train teams to improve customer and product quality metrics.

Design, develop, and support DevOps and infrastructure solutions for on-prem and cloud environments. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, support containerized deployments, use IaC and configuration management, troubleshoot build/deployment issues, produce technical documentation, and collaborate with engineering and IT teams to ensure operational stability.

Provide on-site customer support, install and diagnose complex semiconductor equipment, develop and optimize fabrication processes (DOE), analyze experimental data, troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis, and communicate findings to customers and internal teams to qualify advanced chip manufacturing processes.

Design and build test automation strategies and frameworks using Core Java; develop and execute automated functional and non-functional test scenarios; analyze manual QA for automation opportunities; debug and isolate defects; evaluate new tools; work in Agile with familiarity of CI/CD pipelines.
