• Provide technical leadership throughout the pre sales lifecycle, partnering with Sales, Hardware, and Process Development teams to shape competitive proposals and position technology advantages.
• Serve as a senior technical authority for key customers, leading deep technical engagements to understand Fab environments, process nodes (Logic, DRAM, NAND), technology roadmaps, manufacturing objectives, and critical KPIs.
• Own the definition and prioritization of customer High Value Problems (HVPs), translating complex technical challenges into actionable strategies aligned with customer business and manufacturing goals.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customer engineering leadership, influencing decision‑making through data‑driven insights and long‑term technology alignment.

2. Advanced Data Analytics & Performance Optimization

• Lead advanced, data‑driven analysis of equipment and process performance versus customer specifications, including CD, profile, defectivity, yield, process capability (Cpk), matching, output, and Cost of Ownership (CoO).
• Drive sustained CSA value creation by delivering measurable improvements in yield, variability, CoO, and productivity, while identifying and influencing CSA renewal, upsell, and penetration strategies.

3. Complex Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement Leadership

• Drive customer adoption of new service technologies and offerings by establishing clear technical and economic value propositions supported by demo results, evaluations, and customer‑specific data.
• Deliver technical presentations to customer stakeholders, clearly articulating technology differentiation, competitive positioning, and quantifiable business impact (e.g., yield improvement, CoO reduction, productivity gains).

5. Cross‑Functional Influence & Organizational Enablement

• Lead and influence cross‑functional teams across Sales, Field Service, Hardware, Process Development, and R&D without direct authority to ensure alignment and execution of customer solutions.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert and escalation point for complex customer engagements, setting technical direction and best practices for the broader organization.
