Role Responsibilities:Design, develop, and support moderately complex DevOps and infrastructure-related solutions for on‑premises and cloud-based environments
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation components under guidance, following established best practices
Support containerized applications and deployment workflows, including basic troubleshooting and optimization
Assist with infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and maintenance using Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools
Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex issues related to build, deployment, and system integration
Develop and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational procedures
Collaborate with software engineers, IT, and DevOps team members to support application integration, deployment schedules, and operational stability
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and provide status updates on assigned tasks

Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as computer science, information systems, software/system engineering, or a related technical discipline
2–4 years of experience in DevOps, software engineering, or infrastructure-related roles
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and workflows on Linux and/or Windows platforms
Basic experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell
Foundational knowledge of cloud or virtualized environments (AWS, Azure, VMware, or similar)
Basic understanding of networking, operating systems, and application build/deployment processes
Experience with container technologies such as Docker and basic container orchestration concepts
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code or configuration management tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
Exposure to DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, Artifactory, Nexus, or Jira
Basic Linux system administration and debugging skills
Understanding of monitoring, logging, or observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK, Grafana)
Ability to write clear technical documentation and follow established processes
Strong willingness to learn, collaborate, and expand technical capabilities in a fast‑paced R&D environment
