Manage a portfolio of 18-25 ecommerce brands (primarily Amazon) to retain and grow revenue through strategic relationships, upsells, P&L ownership, onboarding, QBRs, and leading a cross-functional delivery pod.

Create and schedule engaging social content (video, carousels, stories, blogs) targeting African diaspora and African American travelers. Manage community interactions, run targeted campaigns, monitor trends, build influencer partnerships, and report on KPIs like engagement and conversion. Tailor messaging around heritage travel and West African destinations.

Own full enterprise sales cycle for AI commerce platform, acquire net-new logos and expand accounts, run consultative discovery, scope technical POCs with engineering, manage pipeline and multi-stakeholder 4-6 month deals, and help refine enterprise GTM playbook.
