As a Senior Security Engineer at Klaviyo, you'll build secure detection systems, automate response operations, and enhance security observability, driving incident response and threat detection efforts.

The Senior Lead Product Manager will drive the product strategy for Klaviyo's Enterprise platform, focusing on unifying customer data, AI-driven automation, and ecosystem integrations. They will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure enterprise needs are met while balancing long-term strategy with immediate delivery.

Lead end-to-end performance of customer-facing conversational AI and knowledge base. Design, test, and optimize AI conversations, define intents and success metrics, analyze KPIs, maintain enterprise knowledge, run continuous improvement using analytics and experimentation, and partner cross-functionally to improve CX and business outcomes.

Own the consumer quality bar and author locked specs across chat, web, extension, mobile, and personalization. Translate founder strategy into falsifiable product outcomes, verify agent-built implementations, define decision-shaped UX with design, and run 1–2 end-to-end measurable outcomes per quarter. Operate as a founding individual contributor, directing agents and elite operators, and co-own an operator contract that defines measurable seat performance.

Perform outbound lead generation into high schools, colleges, and institutions via phone, email, and social. Personalize outreach, A/B test messaging, log activity in HubSpot, collaborate with sales/marketing/product, and meet monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and meetings.
