Manage a portfolio of 50–75 corporate and foundation funders, overseeing proposals, submissions, impact reporting, stewardship, and revenue goals. Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end execution for AI-powered marketplace products serving freight brokers and carriers. Partner with founders, engineering, operations, and go-to-market teams to scale adoption, ship quickly, establish product standards, and deliver measurable results. Use customer insights and data to make high-judgment decisions, manage change, and build category-defining products in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

Provide subject-matter expertise on benefits (medical, dental, vision, retirement, FSA), process and audit enrollments, research eligibility and qualifying events, advise employees and HR partners, develop trainings and materials, resolve complex benefits issues, and meet payroll deduction deadlines while delivering excellent customer service in a hybrid work environment.
