Provide high-level administrative support to the Dean and senior leaders of the business school, managing complex calendars, confidential correspondence, faculty files, AACSB accreditation activities, event planning, facilities coordination, procurement support, and supervision of student workers while serving on the schools operations management team.

Build event-driven and asynchronous applications, interface with devices over CAN/UART/I2C/SPI, perform hardware debugging with oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers and multimeters, use Git for version control, and document designs and processes throughout the software product cycle.

Support creation and optimization of product listings across marketplaces (Amazon, Etsy), perform SEO and competitive analysis, analyze performance and customer feedback, assist pricing strategy, resolve marketplace issues, and support cross-functional projects to improve visibility, conversion, and profitability.

Provide administrative and office support to the Building Official and Building Division, manage calendars and meetings, prepare reports and agenda materials, serve as point of contact for customers and staff, support advisory boards and division programs, track data, assist with special projects, and help maintain daily office operations.
