The Senior People Partner advises leaders and implements HR initiatives across multiple locations. Responsibilities include people analytics, talent acquisition and planning, onboarding, learning and development, employee engagement, performance management, compensation, compliance, employee relations, workforce planning, HR operations, and organizational change. The role partners with leadership and HR functions, coaches managers, analyzes workforce trends, and supports annual HR processes while driving strategic people priorities.

Directs the end-to-end compensation function, including base pay, incentive pay, equity, executive compensation, market analysis, job evaluation, policies, analytics, and program administration. Partners with HR, business leaders, and executives to develop compensation strategies, advise on pay decisions, manage approvals, and prepare recommendations for executive compensation practices.

Develop and close industrial water treatment sales opportunities for Desalitech’s CCRO systems across the Western U.S. Manage prospecting, technical and pricing strategies, capture plans, pilots, tenders, proposals, negotiations, forecasting, and contract closing. Build relationships with industrial clients, EPCs, and engineering firms while achieving sales targets. The role requires industrial water and wastewater experience, preferably with RO membrane technology, strong commercial and leadership skills, and travel up to 50%.

Administer and optimize Oracle databases, develop PL/SQL and SQL solutions, manage schemas and data models, perform ETL and data validation, investigate anomalies, support reporting and secure data exchange, and coordinate database changes with application teams and Government stakeholders. The role also requires technical documentation, production database support, and compliance with DoD certification and clearance requirements.

Manages complex Army and IT projects by coordinating budgets, resources, contracts, schedules, risks, stakeholders, logistics, and project reporting. Supports Project Leads with strategy execution, integrated master schedule maintenance, cost and performance monitoring, change management, contractor coordination, and DoD/industry engagement. Maintains project records, prepares status reports, tracks milestones, and ensures adherence to contractual and PM standards.

Lead complex federal logistics and operational programs, managing cost, schedule, quality, risks, contractual compliance, and performance. Direct multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and subject matter experts while serving as the primary government stakeholder interface. Oversee program execution from transition through closure, ensure regulatory and contractual compliance, deliver accurate contract requirements, and drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Responsible for growing profitable territory revenue through prospecting, cold calling, account development, forecasting, and closing new business. Manages current and prospective customer accounts, sales plans, budgets, CRM data, and channel relationships. Recommends appropriate product solutions and pricing, supports marketing activities and trade shows, and collaborates with technical and customer service teams. The role is an autonomous individual contributor requiring up to 75% travel.

Lead security across applications, services, infrastructure, and developer workflows. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; run secure code reviews, threat modeling, and architecture discussions; build automation and tooling to prevent issues; harden authentication and access control; investigate incidents and manage disclosures; partner with engineering teams to design secure-by-default APIs and deployments.

Supports end-to-end talent acquisition by sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining job postings, and recommending finalists. Builds candidate pipelines through online sourcing, career fairs, community partnerships, and referral programs. Prepares staffing and pipeline reports, supports workforce planning and internal mobility, advises hiring managers on recruiting strategies, and ensures recruitment compliance and accurate applicant tracking.

Own enterprise customer engagements from discovery through implementation, adoption, and go-live. Design BigPanda solutions, integrations, workflows, data models, and automations; write scripts and tooling; troubleshoot complex implementation challenges; advise technical stakeholders; create reusable architecture patterns; and mentor Solutions Architects. The role requires strong experience with observability, ITSM, incident response, enterprise implementations, coding, architecture, documentation, and consultative communication.
