Owns Avient’s distribution channel strategy and partner performance across assigned product portfolios. Develops growth programs, sales enablement, incentives, forecasts, and performance reporting while leading channel specialists. Provides on-site customer support for installation and warranty services, including scheduling appointments, answering calls and messages, providing status updates, maintaining CRM records, processing payments, auditing orders, preparing reports, supporting accounts receivable collections, and coordinating work orders and product receiving.

Leads end-to-end technical implementations for enterprise healthcare clients, including platform configuration, file and API integrations, workflow testing, data validation, go-live, and early ROI realization. Serves as the strategic and technical client lead while optimizing implementation processes and building a team of implementation professionals. Partners with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Client Success to scale onboarding capabilities.
