Own full-cycle technical recruiting for Endor Labs’ R&D organization, with emphasis on engineering, infrastructure, security research, and product roles. Build sourcing strategies and pipelines, engage passive candidates, partner with hiring leaders, manage candidate experience, track recruiting metrics, negotiate offers, and improve interview and diversity-sourcing processes. This is a six-month contract-to-hire role requiring strong technical sourcing expertise and comfort in fast-paced startup environments.

Lead and own the support process roadmap across incident, major incident, knowledge, problem, and change. Personally originates and closes enterprise and multi-site service opportunities, expands strategic accounts, develops partnerships and channels, and builds market density. The VP establishes a repeatable pipeline, recruits and coaches a business development team, and partners with Operations, Finance, and Client Management to ensure pricing, serviceability, staffing, margins, and customer requirements support quality revenue.

Owns full-cycle ERP implementations across operating companies, including governance, configuration, change control, testing, data migration validation, training, go-live, stabilization, and transition to support. Ensures continuity across billing, cash collection, payroll, purchasing, job costing, WIP, project accounting, and financial close.
