Own day-to-day operational quality and performance across vendors and workflows. Track SLAs, analyze operational data, identify risks, recommend improvements, and drive corrective actions. Manage escalations, root-cause analysis, vendor enablement, SOPs, training materials, continuous improvement initiatives, and reporting dashboards. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to resolve recurring issues and align operational performance with customer expectations. This is a hands-on individual contributor role in a distributed environment.

Provide remote administrative support including calendar and email management, preparing reports and presentations, conducting research, compiling data, and performing general administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.

Administer and extend CRM, contact center, and AI-agent platforms supporting Customer Operations. Configure workflows, routing, permissions, prompts, knowledge sources, integrations, and automations. Troubleshoot data-flow issues, monitor AI performance, document system configurations, maintain runbooks, train users, evaluate tools, and translate business requirements into reliable system configurations.

Embed with enterprise customers to solve mechanical engineering data, integration, and workflow challenges across PLM, ERP, QMS, and design systems. Implement AI-enabled CoLab workflows, validate AI-generated engineering results, identify product gaps, and develop scalable documentation and playbooks. Partner with technical program managers, software engineers, product teams, and customer stakeholders to lead technical projects and improve engineering decision-making.

Negotiates and manages software licenses, services agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, and data protection agreements. Advises leaders on legal, compliance, privacy, security, licensing, intellectual property, employment, and commercial matters. Manages legal documentation, license compliance, customer audits, contract processes, disputes, and business partnerships with Sales, Finance, and Operations.

Prepare and present comprehensive financial plans for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. Analyze financial circumstances, develop recommendations, coordinate with wealth-management teams, and address retirement, estate, tax, insurance, charitable, and succession planning. Build trusted client relationships, maintain planning workflows, present to clients and prospects, and collaborate with internal and external professionals. Higher levels mentor colleagues, handle complex cases, and improve planning processes and capabilities.

Manages customer engagement and IT service delivery for the Naval Enterprise Network. Serves as liaison to Department of Navy stakeholders, oversees contracts and project obligations, translates customer needs into actionable requirements, addresses execution issues, and develops mitigation plans for disputes and service deficiencies. Supports equipment refreshes, infrastructure delivery, software support, and network transition projects while promoting customer satisfaction and stakeholder communication.

Administers subcontracts from pre-award through closeout, including drafting, negotiation support, modifications, flow-down clause implementation, compliance monitoring, performance tracking, documentation, audits, and risk mitigation. Collaborates with legal, finance, procurement, and project management teams to ensure subcontract integrity and alignment with federal acquisition requirements.

Design, develop, customize and maintain enterprise Sitecore solutions (versions 9/10, SXA, JSS, XM Cloud). Produce technical specs, implement components, test and debug in test and production, support teammates, perform demos to customers, and escalate/resolve issues.

Handle inbound customer calls, identify needs, recommend products and services, convert support interactions into sales opportunities, troubleshoot issues, and achieve sales and service metrics. The role requires excellent English, consultative selling, strong communication, target orientation, and flexibility to work rotational shifts in a high-volume environment.
