Serve as primary liaison between customers, installers, and internal teams to coordinate installation schedules, dispatch work orders, resolve issues, confirm completion, and ensure customer satisfaction. Manage 8–10 e-commerce client accounts, lead communications and onboarding, ensure delivery success, drive upsell/cross-sell, oversee integrations and account health, and translate business goals into actionable roadmaps.

Manage end-to-end accounts payable including invoice processing, vendor management, payment preparation, AP subledger maintenance, reconciliations, audits, and cross-functional coordination to ensure GAAP compliance and efficient AP workflows.
