Manages project accounting activities, including project setup and budgets, billing, invoicing, project closeout, progress reporting, variance investigation, cash reconciliation, audit support, vendor setup, and invoice and expense report approvals. Collaborates with project managers, sector leads, clients, vendors, and local offices while maintaining accurate financial records and reports.

Manage daily cash activity, bank and general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting, and month-end close. Process ACH payments, wire transfers, and positive pay while supporting treasury operations, audits, internal controls, and GAAP compliance. Lead paid search strategy and execution across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns. Manage budgets, forecasting, keyword research, ad copy, landing page optimization, testing, analytics, and performance reporting. Lead and mentor Paid Search Strategists, communicate results and recommendations to clients, and stay current with search trends, algorithm updates, and digital advertising technologies.

Support HelloTeam customers throughout onboarding, platform setup, training, troubleshooting, and ongoing adoption. Respond to questions, manage issues through resolution, document interactions, coordinate escalations, and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams. The role also involves communicating product updates, identifying recurring issues, improving client resources, and helping customers use the HR technology platform effectively.

Provides HR support across multiple locations, including employee relations, HR transactions, records, benefits, leave, compliance, payroll support, recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance processes. Acts as a recruiter by coordinating postings, interviews, offers, hiring events, and pre-employment requirements. Maintains HRIS and personnel data, prepares dashboards, resolves routine employee and manager questions, supports investigations, and escalates higher-risk matters. Regular regional travel and occasional off-hours support are required.

Manage standard costing, inventory valuation, manufacturing variances, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, and internal controls for North American manufacturing operations. Partner with operations, supply chain, procurement, and finance teams to improve profitability and efficiency. Support audits, ERP enhancements, process improvement, automated reporting, and Power BI dashboards while ensuring US GAAP, IFRS, SOX, and company policy compliance.

Manages project accounting, including project setup, fee forecasting, expense and labor adjustments, payroll, billing, accounts receivable, aging reports, reconciliations, and collections. Maintains financial records, supports project managers through Deltek Vantagepoint training, resolves accounting issues, and improves accounting processes. Requires U.S. and U.K. payroll knowledge, accounts receivable and general accounting experience, Excel proficiency, and Deltek Vantagepoint experience.
