Owner of Avalara's AI workflow platform (starting with n8n): design, deploy, and operate secure, multi‑environment infrastructure with IaC and CI/CD; embed governance, observability, SLOs, and AI‑enhanced operations; create reusable patterns and mentor teams to raise DevOps and AI maturity.

Serve as primary liaison between customers, installers, and internal teams to coordinate installation schedules, dispatch work orders, resolve issues, confirm completion, and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain documentation, communicate proactively with customers and service providers, support production team goals, and help drive installer engagement and timely payments.

Serve as the HRIS business analyst bridging HR and IT: gather and document requirements, map and improve HR/payroll/training workflows, configure and test HRMS upgrades and integrations, develop reports and dashboards, maintain data integrity, support users with training and SOPs, and coordinate vendor and project activities.
