The role begins as an individual contributor before expanding into broader leadership responsibilities.

Conduct outbound prospecting through LinkedIn and other online channels to identify business leaders and generate opportunities for IT services, software development, managed services, and EOR solutions. Qualify prospects, conduct introductory meetings, nurture leads, maintain accurate CRM records, and meet activity and opportunity-generation targets across North America, the UK, and EMEA.

Maintains data integrity across Salesforce, Resource Hero, Power BI, and related systems; establishes governance standards; trains staff; and manages consulting projects, workflows, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.

Coordinates consulting projects by maintaining plans, timelines, deliverables, records, invoices, and documentation. Supports research, data analysis, presentations, reports, workshops, client communications, and knowledge management. Tracks milestones, identifies risks and process improvements, maintains Salesforce data, and collaborates across teams to support high-quality client engagements and organizational initiatives.
