Supervises and mentors credit analysts while managing workflow, quality, hiring, and training. Reviews financial statements, tax returns, credit reports, and other borrower information; underwrites complex commercial loans; prepares credit analyses, reports, and approval documents; monitors problem loans and portfolios; and advises loan officers on loan structures and underwriting recommendations. Prepare preliminary control system designs, hardware requirements, P&IDs, network architecture, and basis-of-design documents. Manage RFQs, quoting, pricing approvals, and T&C negotiations. Collaborate with project engineering and SMEs, attend site surveys and customer meetings, provide technical sales support, and ensure handoff to execution teams. Travel ~10%.
