Learn to support, maintain, and improve automation systems in a fulfillment/distribution center through classroom instruction and 3500 hours of on-the-job training. Sell agronomy products and solutions to existing and prospective customers, build relationships, demo products, complete sales paperwork, collect receivables, attend trade shows, meet sales goals, and travel within assigned territory (driving required).

Manage and grow an assigned book of business by expanding product sales and onboarding new customers. Serve as primary contact for store owners, managers, distributors and customers, perform outbound calls, meet call and sales metrics, coordinate with marketing and customer service, process orders, resolve backorders, and maintain CRM/contact systems to drive predictable, profitable growth.

Serve as primary point of contact and technical expert for a book of commercial lines business. Manage renewals, bind new business, evaluate carrier relationships, market additional coverage, use agency management systems, train junior staff, and collaborate with onshore/offshore teams to drive retention and revenue.

Lead enterprise architecture strategy and roadmaps for Oracle Fusion and EBS platforms. Design scalable, secure solutions; guide integrations, data models, and OCI tooling. Mentor architects and engineering leads, enforce standards, conduct architecture reviews, evaluate new technologies, and align technical designs with business goals.

Prepare and deliver morning and evening live traffic reports, gather up-to-the-minute traffic news, coordinate graphics and live shots, write and edit scripts, develop sources, produce digital updates for mobile and social platforms, enterprise exclusive stories, and represent the station at public events.
