Lead and build Harvey’s people analytics function: design the people data architecture, consolidate HR systems, define metrics and methodology, create dashboards and forecasting models, surface leading indicators for intervention, enable self-serve analytics, and partner with People Ops, Recruiting, Finance, and Data Engineering to drive strategic workforce decisions.

Own and cleanse payments data to produce accurate Power BI dashboards and forecasts. Analyze interchange, ACH, VCC, and check costs to identify margins and optimization opportunities. Deliver executive-level storytelling, perform rigorous reconciliations, and act as an internal consultant to guide resource allocation and reduce payment costs.

Lead architecture and scaling of the Databricks data warehouse and self-service data platform. Build reusable batch and streaming frameworks, enforce governance, SLOs, lineage, observability, CI/CD, and multi-tenancy. Mentor engineers, run design reviews, and ship documented patterns to enable analytics, data science, and app teams to move quickly without blocking on platform tickets.

Lead technical data exchange and onboarding for client file feeds, own inbound data quality and acceptance criteria, detect and resolve quality degradation, document integrations and specs, coordinate with engineering/product/analytics and client teams, and drive standardization and process improvements to ensure timely, spec-compliant file exchanges and SLA adherence.

Lead revenue operations and business insights by owning GTM and revenue data integrity. Build reporting and AI-driven insights, run billable usage analysis, manage data flows with Fivetran/Salesforce/Sigma, investigate billing disputes, and translate data into actionable narratives for leadership.

Lead design and implementation of Snowflake-based data architectures; serve as primary Snowflake POC. Design performant Snowflake solutions (data sharing, clean rooms, virtual warehouses, micro-partitions, zero-copy clone, time travel, resource monitors, security). Tune SQL and queries. Work with data virtualization (Starburst, Denodo), Hadoop ecosystem, and build data lakes on Cloudera Data Platform. Strong written and verbal communication.

Build end-to-end data and analytics features: ingest and model data, build transformations and pipelines, create client-facing dashboards and interfaces, and develop LLM-powered workflows to accelerate analysis and app development. Partner with stakeholders, perform exploratory analyses, and ensure data quality, observability, and maintainability while influencing data engineering strategy.

Lead design, build, and maintain scalable batch and streaming data pipelines and data warehouse models. Ensure data quality, observability, performance, and security. Own workstreams, support production incidents, and enable analysts and downstream applications.

Administer, stabilize, and scale Oura's global Databricks environment. Manage workspace governance, cluster policies, access control, cost monitoring, job scheduling, and incident SLAs. Onboard teams, resolve performance and reliability issues, and partner with IT and Data Architecture. Over time contribute to pipeline development, Spark optimization, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code to support domain-oriented data mesh initiatives.

Design, support, and improve data analytics solutions (OAC and Power BI). Manage data ingestion, ETL, data quality, access, and documentation. Liaise with stakeholders, migrate dashboards from OAC to Power BI, and follow SDLC and project management practices.
