Senior individual-contributor responsible for building and operating marketing funnel reporting, conducting diagnostic deep dives, maintaining dashboards and metrics governance, reconciling lead and attribution data across systems, running QA and predictive model operations, and delivering decision-ready recommendations for monthly and quarterly executive reviews.

Analyze operational and training processes, collect and synthesize data, produce analytical reports and process maps, recommend and support implementation of improvements, collaborate with IT and training teams, and measure KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

Own developer relations for GPU-accelerated analytical data processing: integrate NVIDIA libraries into query engines and OLAP databases, produce rigorous benchmarks, create reference integrations and guides, collaborate with engine architects and NVIDIA product teams to define APIs and roadmap, and drive adoption across open source and commercial projects.

Lead Imagine's global MEAL strategy, build high-performing country MEAL teams, ensure data governance and quality, develop dashboards and analyses, guide experimental design and reporting, translate insights for stakeholders, and strengthen organizational data literacy to improve program learning outcomes and operational effectiveness.
