Lead strategy and execution for enterprise data analytics and operations. Deliver BI solutions, ensure data governance and compliance, define KPIs with executives, drive process improvements, and build and scale a high-performing analytics and operations team.

Provide GIS data support and analysis, perform data conversion/migration and map production, develop and maintain GIS applications (ArcView/ESRI), interact with clients, deliver GIS project lifecycle from requirements to implementation, and promote GIS technology.

Support AFSOC as a Data Analyst by querying, engineering, and analyzing data to derive insights, design algorithms, build data tools and self-service solutions, improve data quality, and collaborate on mission-focused products.

Ensure quality, consistency, and governance of enterprise master data through data analysis, reporting, and collaboration. Perform data mining, identify quality issues, develop dashboards, run system queries, maintain data, support supplier outreach, and meet SLAs while supporting business initiatives and process improvements.

Provide prospect research and analysis on individuals, corporations, and foundations to support major, endowed, and annual giving. Manage and report data in Raiser's Edge and Power BI, maintain dashboards, update Target Analytics, create prospect segmentations, ensure confidential handling of benefactor information, and support Advancement staff with training and reporting.

Design and execute quantitative and qualitative evaluations of internal seed funding and research development activities. Measure long-term impacts on external funding success, identify success factors, collaborate with university research offices and centers, and translate data into actionable recommendations to inform future funding strategy.

Support consulting projects with business and data analysis, prepare materials and reports, assist client communications and proprietary tools, research industry trends, and help with RFPs while learning multiple workstreams under project guidance.

Partner with Product, Marketing, Growth, Engineering, and Business teams to analyze user behavior, build dashboards and self-serve reports, support A/B testing and experiment measurement, create user segments and cohorts, monitor KPIs, and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders to improve engagement, conversion, retention, and campaign performance.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data architectures, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data quality/monitoring to enable ML workflows, analytics, and Power BI reporting while partnering with Product, Engineering, and AI teams.
