Builds standardized reporting processes, improves data quality, investigates metric fluctuations, and translates business requirements into actionable insights. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, leadership, vendors, and partners to prioritize information needs, maintain data integrity, automate reporting, and communicate findings effectively.

Leads end-to-end business intelligence reporting and analytics solutions, including data warehouses, data marts, databases, dashboards, reports, and data models. Translates business requirements into technical implementations, analyzes complex healthcare and enterprise datasets, supports decision-making, and leads projects and technical implementations. Collaborates with stakeholders and leadership, resolves issues, mentors colleagues, and manages multiple complex initiatives.

Leads Commercial data architecture and technology ownership across Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Patient Services. Defines data strategies, warehouses, data products, master data management, governance, quality standards, and analytics enablement. Partners with business stakeholders, Data & AI teams, vendors, and implementation partners to design scalable solutions using platforms such as Snowflake, Tableau, and Power BI. Provides architecture oversight, supports AI initiatives, manages technical delivery, and ensures data compliance, reliability, and operational sustainability.

Lead analytics strategy and a small analytics team to deliver KPI frameworks, executive dashboards, advanced analytics (segmentation, forecasting, propensity scoring), and trusted reporting to support $90M+ fundraising. Partner with IT and operations on platform migrations, data governance, validation/UAT, and KPI certification while building a data-driven culture across Development.

Designs and develops agency-wide SaaS applications supporting behavioral health programs and administrative units. Configures MIS/EHR features, data elements, file formats, and processes; develops institutional and departmental reports; manages complex SQL and ETL work; documents requirements and system support materials; and collaborates with end users, technical teams, developers, and leadership to improve operational outcomes.

Owns governance, quality, integrity, and operational management of contract and customer master data. Oversees contract configuration, pricing controls, member onboarding, eligibility, roster management, exception resolution, metrics, and process documentation. Leads continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, develops standardized controls, and manages a data operations team while collaborating with Sales, Finance, Reconciliation, IT, and other functions.
