The Data Analyst will organize, validate, transform, and reconcile data from multiple healthcare practice management systems. Responsibilities include writing SQL and Python scripts, supporting a centralized data warehouse, building BI dashboards, validating data quality, analyzing business trends, documenting data processes, and partnering with Finance, Operations, Marketing, and leadership to deliver actionable insights.

Lead enterprise adoption and toolchain integration for business analysis across federated teams. Design enablement curriculum, integrate standards and AI-enabled tooling (Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Nexus, Power BI), build decision-oriented dashboards and leading indicators, drive adoption and governance, surface portfolio trends, and partner with stakeholders to improve delivery predictability and compliance.

Implements IaC, CI/CD, and deployment automation, troubleshoots system issues, mentors junior engineers, and collaborates across teams to deliver cloud, data, and AI solutions.

Develop statistical, machine learning, and deep learning models to measure the impact of pharmaceutical HCP, DTC, and Medical Affairs campaigns. Partner with internal and external clients, provide analytical insights and methodological guidance, consult with sales and market research teams, and coach an offshore analytics team. The role requires applying causal inference, healthcare and pharmaceutical data expertise, and clear communication of findings to clients and executives.

Leads business intelligence and analytics initiatives across a healthcare system. Gathers data, develops routine and ad hoc reports, creates visualizations, interprets findings, and advises executives, clinicians, and operational teams. Improves reporting processes, manages complex requests and deadlines, communicates complex information clearly, and mentors peers while supporting strategic and operational goals.

Develops and maintains scalable data models, pipelines, centralized data layers, and domain-specific data marts. The role harmonizes enterprise data, defines orchestration strategies, applies governance and quality frameworks, and uses dbt for documented and tested transformations. It partners with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data products that support self-service analytics and informed decision-making. Strong communication skills are required to explain technical concepts and analytical outcomes to technical and non-technical audiences.

Leads enterprise data architecture and infrastructure strategy, designing data warehouses, data lakes, and hybrid cloud solutions. Establishes governance, security, automation, DevOps, and CI/CD practices while evaluating emerging technologies such as AI and machine learning. Partners with executives and cross-functional teams on data strategy, cloud roadmaps, resource planning, cost optimization, integrations, and troubleshooting. Serves as an organization-wide subject matter expert and mentor.

Leads a prospect development department supporting philanthropic growth through prospect research, predictive capacity modeling, portfolio optimization, due diligence, donor identification, metrics, projections, and executive business intelligence. Supervises professional teams, advises Foundation leadership, develops strategic initiatives, and directs CRM and prospect research operations within nonprofit and California regulatory environments.
