Lead Skyhigh Security’s global Sales Engineering organization, aligning teams with go-to-market strategy and driving technical excellence, enablement, operational performance, and revenue outcomes. The role oversees KPIs, forecasting, field readiness, partner enablement, customer engagement, and organizational transformation. It also serves as a Field CTO, translating product strategy into customer value, influencing the product roadmap through market insight, and developing globally distributed sales engineering teams.

Provides customer service and enrollment support to prospective commercial motor vehicle training students. Conducts outreach, interviews, campus tours, presentations, and follow-up throughout enrollment. Builds relationships with employers, military agencies, funding organizations, and community partners; attends engagement events, tracks applications and enrollments, prepares reports, and identifies program growth opportunities.

Manage an established retail sales territory through customer contact, sales presentations, account growth, merchandising, inventory checks, product rotation, issue resolution, and administrative tasks. The role requires achieving sales objectives, developing new accounts, maintaining product displays and inventory accuracy, and keeping account records current. Owns product quality for analog mixed-signal semiconductor products from qualification through end of life. Leads quality strategies, risk mitigation, safe launches, customer-return analysis, yield improvement, test optimization, and manufacturing quality initiatives. Facilitates 8D investigations, containment, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and customer teams. Presents quality findings to internal and external stakeholders and supports sustaining product engineering activities.

Leads enterprise financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, modeling, and strategic decision support. Partners with executives and operational leaders to assess performance, risks, opportunities, and business drivers. Oversees scenario analysis, M&A modeling, capital planning, board reporting, FP&A quality controls, process improvement, and team development.

Manages district and project procurement activities, including supplier negotiations, strategic sourcing, vendor qualification, purchasing buyouts, procurement policy enforcement, reporting, records maintenance, and accounts payable reconciliation. Facilitates RFPs and collaborates with legal, senior management, preconstruction, and project teams. Requires construction procurement expertise, contract negotiation skills, leadership, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Leads company-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, modeling, and strategic decision support. Partners with executives and operational leaders to analyze performance, develop driver-based forecasts, evaluate investments and scenarios, support M&A and capital planning, and provide actionable recommendations. Oversees FP&A staff, ensures analytical quality and model integrity, improves processes and systems, and mentors team members.

Manages sales and installation quotas across the TOLA region by developing integrator relationships, recruiting qualified customers, forecasting projects, driving product adoption, and expanding market share. Provides product training, system design support, technical escalation coordination, and customer referrals. Represents Savant at industry events, supports product testing, promotes the brand, and executes territory plans aligned with regional business priorities.

Supports employee relations, HR compliance, audits, HRIS data accuracy, onboarding and offboarding, benefits, payroll, staffing, workers’ compensation, and employee lifecycle processes. Partners with HR Business Partners, Practice Leaders, managers, and employees on investigations, performance matters, policy application, reporting, documentation, and HR initiatives. Maintains confidentiality and provides operational and analytical HR support across the organization.

Assist in attracting and screening candidates, managing recruitment functions, and communication between applicants and hiring managers in a remote setting.
