The Senior Administrative Assistant supports executives in managing calendars, travel, meetings, and confidential information, ensuring efficient operations.

Coordinate and deliver construction-focused training, onboarding, and community outreach. Build partnerships with workforce agencies, trades, and schools; recruit and place candidates; support project teams with workforce planning and community engagement events.

The Senior Administrative Assistant will provide high-level support to executives, managing calendars, travel arrangements, and confidential information, while ensuring operational efficiency.

Analyze large complex datasets to identify trends and anomalies, produce actionable insights and financial models, document processes, present findings to stakeholders, manage projects and client relationships, mentor junior staff, and support planning and delivery.

Perform credit analysis and underwriting for consumer and small commercial loans, monitor ongoing loan credit risk, prepare financial spreads and written credit assessments, ensure regulatory compliance, order residential appraisals, research borrower industries, identify risks and mitigation, and assist on special projects.

Provide full-cycle HR support across corporate, field, warehouse, and retail locations including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, payroll, leave, compliance, HRIS records, training, performance management, offboarding, and HR analytics. Act as first point of contact, coach managers, conduct investigations, maintain documentation, and support engagement and retention initiatives. Travel up to 10-20%.

Serve as primary strategic relationship owner for institutional private equity clients, delivering timely, accurate portfolio reporting and insights, coordinating internal teams, improving processes, and managing client communication to support decision-making and firm growth.

Drive revenue and margin growth across assigned territory by developing customer relationships, generating qualified opportunities, presenting technical solutions in networking, wireless, automation and IoT, coordinating internal resources, and managing sales processes including quotes and order support.

Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting; support monthly close and variance analysis; develop financial models; enforce SOX controls; consolidate multi-unit finances; partner with leaders to manage costs and enable data-driven executive decisions.

Manage carrier certification and approval activities with North American mobile operators. Perform carrier self-tests, validation, and interoperability testing for LTE/5G devices. Troubleshoot modem/network issues, analyze logs and traces, coordinate resolutions with engineering and compliance teams, and prepare certification documentation.
