Deploy and configure Rapid7 security products for post-sales customers, applying security best practices and documenting implementation decisions. Build custom dashboards, reporting workflows, integrations, and data pipelines using Python, SQL, and REST APIs. Support pre-sales scoping, resolve deployment challenges, collaborate across teams, improve internal delivery processes, and occasionally travel for customer engagements.

Responsibilities include distributed data pipelines, query engines, orchestration, ML model infrastructure, scalability, reliability, observability, technical standards, design reviews, mentorship, and cross-team architecture. The role partners with ML, product, data science, and platform teams to solve complex technical problems across real-time security operations.

Investigate and triage high-priority security events for APAC customers within a 24/7 managed detection and response SOC. Responsibilities include alert review, threat detection, incident response, evidence acquisition, root-cause analysis, technical reporting, remediation recommendations, customer communication, attack-methodology documentation, and feedback to product teams.

Serve as the primary customer contact during cybersecurity solution onboarding. Coordinate implementation projects, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables; perform software installation, configuration, validation, and basic troubleshooting.
