Manage facility HR functions and partner with plant leadership to execute HR strategy. Build and lead GeneDx’s first dedicated Employee Relations function, owning investigations, performance-based terminations, coaching, policy interpretation, case management, and legal partnership. The role will establish ER protocols, reporting, documentation, escalation frameworks, and manager training while reducing legal exposure and improving manager capability. This individual contributor position supports production, operations, and sales populations and manages approximately 130 annual ER touch points.

Supports lending and leasing operations through billing, payment recording, accounting coordination, credit underwriting, collections, and financial analysis. Maintains Power BI dashboards, automates routine tasks, troubleshoots process issues, and implements improvements to credit approval and business processes. The role also collaborates with business units and Corporate Accounting to improve accuracy, accountability, and decision-making.

Leads reliability improvements for refinery equipment and instrumentation, including root cause analysis, vulnerability studies, reliability road maps, bad actor programs, failure-data analysis, maintenance strategy optimization, obsolescence planning, and defect-elimination projects. Partners with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to address reliability risks and improve equipment availability across pumps, compressors, motors, gauges, transmitters, and switches.

Retains and grows existing customers through proactive and inbound engagement, financial-needs reviews, retention offers, and upselling. Analyzes client accounts and retention metrics, coordinates with sales, underwriting, operations, finance, and client relations, resolves concerns, and recommends process improvements. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, organization, customer-service, and problem-solving skills, along with adherence to AML/ATF and privacy requirements.

The Regulatory Compliance & Quality Manager will lead compliance activities, manage certifications, and improve Teguar's Quality Management System. Responsibilities include regulatory liaison and supporting audits.
